	For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill in forms.  Gift Certificates are available for specific services, treatment packages or dollar amounts.  Our beautiful certificates make thoughtful gifts for any occasion.
	We offer many of our services as either an individual rate or as a package price which usually includes a substantial discount.  Patients will notice an improvement with just one treatment, however, a series of treatments at regular intervals is often recommended for optimum results.  Your clinician will discuss the best treatments for you.

Cancellations

Thank you for giving us 24 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.  We regret that less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% service charge.  Missed appointments will incur a full service charge.
