Integrative Spa has many treatments for sensitive skin concerns. Sensitive skin often manifests as redness (erythema) and/or swelling (edema) as the skin reacts to chemical components that come into contact with the skin. We use a skin care line that has natural licorice extract which acts as an anti-irritant and an anti-inflammatory agent to reduce redness and swelling. The peels gently exfoliate the skin and does not disrupt the skin’s natural moisturizing factor.

Soothing Facial
This treatment helps calm and smooth any skin type even hypersensitive skin. It is great for Rosacea flare-ups and takes down redness of allergic irritated skin. Over exposure to sun, pollution and allergies are hard on skin and often is the precursor to difficult and sensitive skin later in life. This soothing therapy is a preventative treatment as well as supporting already damaged skin. Includes licorice root extract, evening primrose and anti-oxidants. Indications: stimulate an immune response, supports and strengthens capillaries. Incorporates a herbal enzyme peel.
